Reservation and identification
A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in. Room access is limited to registered guests only.
Payment
Book online by card or mobile money. At the lodge we accept cash, mobile money and major debit and credit cards.
Security and safety
CCTV in public areas. Please secure your valuables. All visitors must register at reception. Management is not liable for unattended valuables.
Housekeeping
Daily housekeeping is provided. Fresh linens and towels are available on request.
Quiet hours
10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum.
Smoking
No smoking in rooms or indoor areas. Designated smoking areas are available. Penalties apply.
Food and room service
Outside food is permitted unless stated otherwise. Room service is available during operating hours.
Visitors
Visitors must check in at reception. No overnight stays without prior approval.
Damages
